I help leaders and organizations build futures rooted in clarity, collaboration, and courage.

With three decades of experience in global strategy, board leadership, and purpose-driven innovation and growth, my work lives at the intersection of transformation—personal, organizational, and systemic. I bring presence and precision into complex spaces, helping leaders navigate growth with depth and integrity.

🌍 Bridge & Build – India & the Nordics. Through Awe Impact and partnerships like She Leads Bharat, I lead and advise leadership programs that empower women, grow local ecosystems, and connect Nordic innovation with the Global South. Together, we cultivate inclusive leadership that creates lasting systemic impact.

My focus lies in governance, regenerative business models, and strategic alignment. Currently on the board of growth companies, I support companies navigating transition, innovation, and responsible growth.

🌱 Hope & Transformation – Coaching & Culture. As founder of The Path of Hope and Chair at LEVE, I work at the intersection of healing and leadership. I coach executives and design experiences that help individuals and organizations reconnect with meaning, build cultures of hope, and navigate through darkness into light.
